Return & Exchange Policy

You can return item(s) by mail or at the merchandise booths at the event.

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at the items current price in the form of credit towards the price of a future purchase.

Returns and exchanges by mail

Returns must be received back in NEW condition with all original tags attached.

Please Note: Your return will not be processed without this form. If this form is not in your return package or emailed to, we cannot track your return.

Once your form has been submitted, our customer service department will get be touch with you to process and complete your return and/or exchange.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns and exchanges. All replacement items will be shipped back to you at no charge.


At-event returns and exchanges

Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return to a Goodguys Merchandise store at any event along with your original receipt and proof of payment. Any cashier can assist you with your return. 

Returns must be received back in NEW condition with all original tags attached.


What is your return policy?

We allow for any merchandise in new condition with original tags attached to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order ship date.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

or email if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Make sure to leave all tags intact and to provide a receipt.
